Returns and Exchanges
At Etheréa, every order is prepared with care. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the item style, size, color, quantity, delivery details, and order information.
By placing an order with Etheréa, you agree to the policy below.
No Refunds
Etheréa does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, delayed delivery, missed delivery, refusal of delivery, or items that do not meet the conditions listed in this policy.
All sales are final unless a refund exception applies.
Approved local requests will be handled as an exchange only, where eligible.
Approved international or non local requests may be handled as store credit only, where eligible.
Refunds will not be issued unless Etheréa is unable to fulfill the order due to item unavailability.
Refund Exception
Refunds are only issued if, after an order has been placed, our manufacturing, supplier, or fulfillment team confirms that the item is no longer available, out of stock, or unable to be fulfilled.
If this happens, Etheréa will contact the customer using the information provided at checkout.
If an alternative item, size, or suitable option is available, the customer may choose that option instead. If no suitable option is accepted or available, a refund may be issued for the unavailable item only.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, processed, prepared, submitted for fulfillment, shipped, delivered, or made ready for collection.
If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we may review the cancellation request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Preorder items, special order items, final sale items, swimwear, white clothing, accessories, and hair items cannot be cancelled once the order has been submitted.
Etheréa reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that cannot be accommodated.
Order Review Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to review their order immediately once it is received.
Please check the item style, size, color, quantity, and condition as soon as your order is delivered. We strongly recommend trying on your item the same day you receive it so that any eligible exchange, return, or store credit request can be made within the required time frame.
For cash payments or local delivery orders, customers are advised to review their items immediately at the time of delivery where possible.
Once an item has been accepted and delivery has been completed, any request must still meet Etheréa’s return, exchange, or store credit conditions.
Local Exchanges
For local orders in the Cayman Islands, exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Local exchanges are only accepted if the item does not fit and the customer needs a different size in the same item.
Size exchanges are subject to availability.
If the requested size is not available, Etheréa may offer another suitable option or store credit at our discretion.
To be eligible for a local exchange, the item must be:
Unworn
Unused
Unwashed
Free from stains
Free from scents
Free from makeup or deodorant marks
Free from damage or signs of wear
Returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase
International and Non Local Orders
For customers outside the Cayman Islands, eligible requests must be made within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Etheréa does not process direct international exchanges.
If an international or non local request is approved, the item may be returned for store credit only once the item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Customers may then use the store credit to place a new order for the correct size or another available item.
Store credit is subject to approval and will only be issued if the item meets all return conditions listed in this policy.
International Return Conditions
To be eligible for review, international and non local items must be:
Unworn
Unused
Unwashed
Free from stains
Free from scents
Free from makeup or deodorant marks
Free from damage or signs of wear
Returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
If a non eligible item is sent back to Etheréa, store credit will not be issued.
International Shipping, Duties and Fees
International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Etheréa is not responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, courier delays, lost return packages, or any additional charges related to returning an item or placing a new order.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending an approved return back to us.
Items That Cannot Be Returned, Exchanged, Refunded, or Issued Store Credit
For hygiene, quality, and product care reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit:
Swimwear
White clothing
Accessories
Hair items, Wigs, Bundles
Sale items
Items marked final sale
Preorder items unless cancelled by Etheréa due to unavailability
Special order items
Items that have been worn, washed, stained, scented, damaged, altered, or used
Items without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within the time frame below.
Local orders in the Cayman Islands must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
International and non local orders must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Please include:
Order number
Full name used at checkout
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging if needed
A short explanation of the issue
All damaged or incorrect item requests must be submitted by email or through our Returns and Exchanges Request Form within the required time frame.
Damage reported after the required time frame may not be eligible for review.
Items damaged after delivery, worn, washed, stained, scented, altered, or handled without care will not be accepted.
Store Credit
Store credit may be offered at Etheréa’s discretion for approved eligible requests.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
Store credit can only be used toward a future purchase from Etheréa.
Shipping fees, delivery fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are not included in store credit unless Etheréa confirms otherwise in writing.
Exchange and Return Approval
Submitting a return, exchange, or store credit request does not guarantee approval.
Etheréa reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
Etheréa also reserves the right to refuse items that show signs of wear, damage, scent, stains, washing, alteration, or misuse.
If a request is approved, instructions will be provided by email.
