How do I place an order?

Can I cancel my order?

Preorder items, special order items, final sale items, swimwear, white clothing, accessories, and hair items cannot be cancelled once the order has been submitted.

Sizing
How do I know what size to order?

Because Etheréa carries different styles, fabrics, and suppliers, sizing may vary slightly by item. Always check the product description and item notes before purchasing.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Some items may be available in plus sizes or extended sizing depending on the style and supplier.

What if I am between sizes?
If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for fitted clothing, swimwear, body hugging styles, and items with less stretch.

Do all items fit the same?

Clothing
What type of clothing does Etheréa sell?
Etheréa carries feminine and polished styles, including formal pieces, casual looks, occasion wear, dresses, tops, bottoms, and sets.
What is considered occasion wear?
Occasion wear includes pieces for special moments such as weddings, birthdays, dinner dates, brunch, vacations, parties, graduations, ceremonies, church, and evening events.
Can I exchange clothing if it does not fit?
Eligible local clothing exchanges may be accepted within the required time frame if the item does not fit and the customer needs a different size in the same item.
The item must meet all exchange conditions listed in our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds policy.
Can white clothing be returned or exchanged?
No. White clothing is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit.
Swimwear
Can swimwear be returned or exchanged?
No. Swimwear is final sale for hygiene reasons.
Swimwear cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit.
How should I choose my swimwear size?
Please review the Size Guide carefully before purchasing.
If you are between sizes, have a fuller bust, wider hips, longer torso, or prefer more coverage, sizing up may be the better option.
Are cover ups final sale too?
If the item is listed under swimwear or sold as part of a swimwear set, it may be considered final sale. Please review the product description before purchasing.
Hair and Wigs
Do you sell wigs and hair items?
Yes. Etheréa may carry ready to wear wigs, glueless wigs, bundles, and other hair items.
Can hair or wig items be returned or exchanged?
No. Hair and wig items are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Hair items cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit.

What does ready to wear mean?
Ready to wear means the wig or hair item is prepared to be worn with minimal styling.
Product details may vary, so please review each listing carefully.
What does glueless wig mean?
A glueless wig is designed to be worn without glue, depending on the cap construction, fit, and customer preference.

Why does hair length look different depending on texture?
Hair length can appear different based on texture.
Straight hair usually appears closest to the listed length. Wavy or curly textures may appear shorter because of the wave pattern or shrinkage.
Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit
Do you offer refunds?
Etheréa does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, delayed delivery, missed delivery, refusal of delivery, or items that do not meet our policy conditions.
Refunds are only issued if Etheréa is unable to fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, out of stock, or unable to be fulfilled.
Do you offer exchanges?
Eligible local exchanges may be accepted if the item does not fit and the customer needs another size in the same item.
International and non local orders are not processed as direct exchanges. Approved international or non local requests may be handled as store credit only.
How long do I have to request an exchange or store credit review?
Local orders in the Cayman Islands must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
International and non local orders must contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within the required time frame.
Local orders must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
International and non local orders must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
